Welcome

Whether you’re starting fresh, relocating for work, or seeking stable housing, RAD Living Group offers fully furnished rooms and supportive housing designed to help you feel at home and move forward with confidence.

About Us

RAD Supportive Living is a program-based housing organization committed to providing safe, structured, and stable living environments that support long-term independence and personal growth.

We provide professionally managed supportive housing, workforce housing, and veterans housing programs designed to meet the needs of adults in transition, working professionals, and individuals seeking stable, community-based living environments. Our housing services are also available for independent seniors, students, transitional living placements, and traveling workforce professionals.

We are committed to creating safe, respectful, and structured housing options that promote independence, stability, and long-term opportunity.

Our Housing Model

RAD Supportive Living offers two primary housing options designed to meet different needs and living situations.

RAD Housing is a program-based, month-to-month housing option that provides flexible, supportive living without a long-term lease commitment. It is designed for individuals who need stability during transitional periods, short-term housing support, or a structured community environment while maintaining flexibility.

In contrast, RAD Workforce Housing is a lease-based program specifically created for working professionals and organizations who require short-term housing tied to employment or work assignments. This option is best suited for traveling workers, contract employees, and employer-sponsored placements where housing is aligned with the duration of a job assignment.

Together, these two options provide structured, professionally managed housing solutions that balance flexibility and stability, while supporting residents based on their goals, timeline, and living needs.

Locations

Conveniently located near transportation, healthcare, employment opportunities, and essential community resources, RAD Supportive Living is focused on creating housing solutions that are safe, accessible, and supportive without being institutional.

At RAD, we believe housing should provide more than a place to stay—it should provide a foundation for stability, dignity, and future growth.
