Our Mission

RAD Supportive Living’s mission is to provide safe, stable, and structured supportive housing for adults experiencing housing instability who have verified income and the capacity for independent living.

Through accountability-based living environments and intentional access to community resources, RAD Supportive Living promotes self-sufficiency, independence, and long-term housing stability while supporting improved outcomes in housing retention, employment, education, and overall well-being.

CASE MANAGER & AGENCY REFERRALS

Agencies may submit referrals for clients who may benefit from program-based independent living.

This form helps us determine program fit. Completing it does not guarantee placement. Housing applications may only be submitted after completion of the pre-eligibility process and confirmation from RAD Independent Living to proceed.
