RAD Housing is a program-based supportive and independent living initiative helping adults achieve housing stability, independence, and long-term success. We provide safe, structured, and respectful living environments that balance supportive oversight with personal responsibility.

Our program-based model links residency to participation and clear expectations, empowering residents to work toward goals in employment, education, and independent living. Strategically located near public transportation, schools, and essential community services, RAD Housing ensures access to the resources residents need to thrive.

CASE MANAGER & AGENCY REFERRALS

Agencies may submit referrals for clients who may benefit from program-based independent living.

This form helps us determine program fit. Completing it does not guarantee placement. Housing applications may only be submitted after completion of the pre-eligibility process and confirmation from RAD Independent Living to proceed.
