Our Housing Options
Option 1: Private Furnished Apartment
Enjoy the Comfort and Privacy of Your Own Space!
Rent an entire fully furnished two-bedroom apartment exclusively for yourself. This option provides complete privacy and includes your own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedrooms. Ideal for traveling professionals who prefer independent living and a quiet, comfortable place to relax after work.
Option 2: Private Bedroom in a Shared Apartment
Your Own Bedroom with Affordable Shared Living!
Rent a private furnished bedroom within a two-bedroom apartment shared with one other traveling professional.
Each worker enjoys their own private bedroom while sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living room areas. This option is ideal for traveling workers seeking affordable, comfortable accommodations without the expense of renting an entire apartment.

Stay Requirements & Fees
Minimum Stay: 30 days
One-Time Cleaning Fee: $150 per participant
Payment: First 30-day housing payment and applicable cleaning fee are due before move-in.
Extensions: Additional 30-day stays may be available upon request and management approval.
All housing is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and a signed housing agreement.

- Valid photo ID
- Employment or assignment details
- Preferred move-in and move-out dates
- Payment information or employer housing authorization (if applicable)
- Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. Housing availability is based on current openings, application review, and lease requirements.

Starting at $1,300 per unit/month
One traveling worker rents the entire furnished apartment. Ideal for workers who prefer privacy.
Option 2: Shared Apartment
Starting at $900 per worker /month
Two traveling workers rent seprate furnished bedrooms and share the kitchen, bathroom and living room. Ideal for workers traveling in groups.

Yes. Workforce Housing is intended for individuals who are actively employed, on contract, or participating in a verified program, internship, or assignment.

Yes. While this is not clinical care, RAD provides structured housing support, communication, and property management assistance to ensure a stable living environment.
