RAD Housing is a structured, program-based supportive and independent living model designed to help adults achieve housing stability, personal growth, and long-term independence. The program provides safe, respectful, and well-managed living environments where residents are supported while also held accountable to clear expectations.
RAD operates across two housing settings to meet different needs:
Both environments follow the same structured program model, with expectations designed to support responsibility, stability, and personal development.
Residents in RAD Housing participate in a goal-oriented framework that encourages progress in areas such as employment, education, life skills, and independent living readiness. This model is built to bridge the gap between supportive services and full self-sufficiency, ensuring individuals have both structure and encouragement needed to succeed.
Conveniently located near public transportation, schools, healthcare, and essential community resources, RAD Housing promotes accessibility and connection to the broader community. The program is guided by core values of dignity, accountability, and empowerment, creating an environment where residents are supported while being prepared for long-term independence.
