RAD Supportive Housing Services

RAD Supportive Living provides non-clinical supportive housing focused on stabilization, daily structure, and transition planning.

Our services are designed to promote accountability and independence while preparing residents for long-term housing success.


Support may include:

  • Housing navigation and transition planning
  • Employment readiness and income 
  • stability support
  • Individual goal setting and progress tracking
  • Connection to community-based resources


Program staff conduct regular check-ins and structured monitoring to ensure resident safety, compliance with house guidelines, and continued alignment with individual and program goals.

Standard Support Services

Case Management

  • Weekly check-ins to address housing needs and provide general guidance
  • Referrals to community resources for employment, education, mental health, and life skills
  • Assistance with navigating basic paperwork related to housing and benefits

Daily Living & Stability Support

  • Regular wellness check-ins (non-clinical)
  • Routine reminders and accountability support
  • Monthly room safety and cleanliness checks
  • Structured house rules and expectations

Resource & Life-Skills Support

  • Assistance accessing community resources and benefits
  • Support with housing transition planning
  • Help scheduling appointments (non-medical)
  • Guidance with routines, budgeting basics, and goal setting

Employment & Education Support

  • Access to our onsite Resource Center
    (computer, printer, fax, internet, job tools)
  • Support with job searches and online applications
  • Resume and employment resource referrals
  • Assistance enrolling in GED, training, or community college programs

Transportation & Access Support

  • Transportation assistance support (non-medical)
  • Guidance on public transportation routes and schedules

Safety & Environment Support

  • Safe, quiet, structured living environment
  • Quiet-hours policies
  • Keyless entry and security features
  • Cameras in common areas
  • Clear conflict reporting and resolution process

Access to Community Resources

  • Food pantries
  • Benefits offices (DHHS, SSI/SSDI, SNAP)
  • Mental health services
  • Clothing closets
  • Housing programs
  • Job search resources
  • Educational recourses

Resource Center

 Our community offers an onsite management office and resource center designed to make daily living easier and more connected. Residents and their guests have access to:


  • Computer Access: Use computers for job searches, education, communication, or personal projects in a convenient, supportive space.
  • Meeting Space for Visitors: A welcoming area for residents to host family, friends, or service providers in a private and comfortable setting.
