RAD Supportive Living is a structured, Month to Month program-based option designed to help adults achieve housing stability, personal growth, and long-term independence. The program provides safe, respectful, and well-managed living environments where residents are supported while also held accountable to clear expectations.
RAD operates across two housing settings to meet different needs:
- A shared common areas with shared bedrooms
- A more independent setting with a private room option and shared common areas
Both environments follow the same structured program model, with expectations designed to support responsibility, stability, and personal development.

- Fully furnished shared bedroom option
- Comfortable bedding and linens provided at move-in

- Fully furnished shared living and dining areas
- Shared bathroom facilities
- Fully equipped kitchen for independent meal preparation
- Utilities included (Heat, Gas, Water, Trash)
- High-speed Wi-Fi included
Safety & Security
- Secure, controlled house access
- Keyless entry bedroom door locks for added safety and convenience
