Supportive services are optional or referral-based resources designed to help residents maintain housing stability and improve overall well-being. These services are not medical treatment but may include:

  • Housing stability support 
  • Case management referrals 
  • Budgeting and financial guidance 
  • Employment or workforce connection support 
  • Transportation coordination (if available) 
  • Community resource navigation 
  • Life skills support and daily living structure 

Supportive services are typically coordinated through partnerships with external providers, case managers, or referring agencies.


Yes. RAD Supportive Living offers optional monthly add-on services for residents who want additional convenience and daily living support beyond the standard housing program.

These services are completely optional and are billed separately from the monthly program fee.


RAD Supportive Living provides program-based housing, not a traditional lease or rental agreement. Residents sign a Program Occupancy Agreement that outlines expectations, rules, and program participation requirements. 


 RAD Supportive Living offers:

  • Private room accommodations

Housing placement depends on availability, readiness, and program approval.


Yes. When appropriate and space is available, residents may be approved to transition from shared living to a private room. This transition is based on readiness, program compliance, and availability and is not guaranteed. 


Yes, RAD Housing programs are structured living environments and require residents to follow all program rules and community guidelines in order to maintain housing eligibility and remain in good standing. Failure to follow program rules may result in corrective action or loss of housing eligibility. This is a program NOT a lease.


We love having friends and family visit! For everyone’s comfort and safety, visitors are welcome in our meeting area during visiting hours, located in the management office space. To ensure privacy, access to private living spaces is prohibited, but special arrangements can be made with management. 


 RAD Supportive Living offers:

  • Shared living accommodations
  • Private room accommodations

Housing placement depends on availability, readiness, and program approval.


Length of stay is not fixed and depends on resident progress, program participation, and housing goals. RAD Supportive Living is designed to support stabilization and preparation for independent housing. 


No. RAD Supportive Living is non-clinical. Residents must be able to:

  • Manage medications independently
  • Perform personal care independently
  • Live safely in a shared environment


Referrals may be submitted by agencies or individuals. Each referral is reviewed to determine program fit, availability, and readiness. Approved referrals move forward to intake and placement coordination. 


No. Referral does not guarantee placement. All placements are subject to program approval, availability, and eligibility. 


To apply for housing, individuals must be referred by an approved professional or organization, such as:

  • Case managers 
  • Social workers 
  • Veteran service coordinators 
  • Healthcare discharge planners 
  • Community agencies 
  • Workforce or housing programs 
  • Behavioral health or support organizations


  • Referral received via phone, email, or website form
  • Phone screening with case manager or resident
  • Tour or virtual walkthrough
  • Review of house rules & expectations
  • Move-in date scheduled
  • Resident signs Participation Agreement and receives welcome packet


RAD Supportive Living is designed for adults who can participate in a structured, supportive, and respectful shared living environment. The program may not be the appropriate level of support for individuals who:

  • Require 24-hour medical care, skilled nursing services, or ongoing clinical supervision
  • Need a secured, highly supervised, or institutional care setting
  • Present a current safety concern involving violence, threats, or behaviors that cannot be safely supported in a shared housing environment
  • Are actively engaging in illegal substance use that impacts personal safety, housing stability, or the community
  • Are unable or unwilling to follow basic program expectations, house guidelines, or respectful community standards
  • Require services beyond the non-clinical supportive housing model RAD Supportive Living provides
